They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, contract, or other financial instrument.

FlashBar is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as personalized advice. Any markers, levels, modeled figures, or sample numbers are generated by formulas applied to historical or live market data and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete; they are not a promise of any outcome. Market data shown in FlashBar Terminal comes from free third-party sources that FlashBar does not license or control, and it may be delayed, incomplete, wrong, rate-limited, or unavailable.

Hypothetical, modeled, and backtested results (including TradingView Strategy Tester reports and the modeled ledgers some scripts display) have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. FlashBar makes no promises or representations regarding income, profit, or trading results. Any examples, screenshots, screen recordings, or sample figures shown on this site are illustrative only, may show modeled or hypothetical values, and are not a promise of results. Individual results vary and depend on factors outside FlashBar's control, including your skill, discipline, risk management, market conditions, and the decisions you make. The use of our tools is at your own risk.

3. Terms of Service

3.1 Acceptance

By accessing this site or purchasing from FlashBar ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the products.

3.2 What you buy

FlashBar sells three plans, each as a one-time purchase: Starter, Pro, and Elite. Each plan includes (a) invite-only access, on TradingView, to the scripts listed for that plan, and (b) a license to download and run FlashBar Terminal, a program for Windows. You do not receive the scripts' source code. The scripts and the Terminal are tools and do not constitute financial advice (see Section 1).

• Starter: the 100-Bar Low/High Compounding Ladder.
• Pro: everything in Starter, plus FlashDCA Trinity and FlashBar Swing Tracker.
• Elite: everything in Pro, plus FlashBar Flow Engine and FlashBar Flow Strategy.

3.3 Price and payment

Prices are shown on this site in US dollars and are charged once at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. There is no recurring charge. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change does not affect a purchase already made.

3.4 Invite-only TradingView access

• Access is granted to one TradingView username that you provide at checkout or on your receipt page. You must own that TradingView account, and you are responsible for entering the username correctly.
• Access is added within 24 hours of your purchase, or within 24 hours of when you provide your username if you provide it later. If access is not added within 24 hours, email support@flashbar.org; if we cannot add it within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund even after the 7-day window.
• Your access stays active for as long as FlashBar operates, and at least 12 months from purchase. We may update the scripts; updates reach you through the same invite-only publications.
• You use TradingView under TradingView's own terms, policies, and plan limits. FlashBar does not control TradingView and is not responsible for its availability, features, or changes.
• You may ask us at any time to remove your username from a script's access list, and we will remove it immediately after we read your request. Removing access at your request does not by itself entitle you to a refund outside the window in Section 5.

3.5 FlashBar Terminal license

FlashBar Terminal is licensed, not sold, for your personal use and is tied to your purchase. On start and every six hours it confirms its license with FlashBar, sending only your purchase id, the product name, and the program version; it keeps working offline for up to seven days after a successful check. A refund or chargeback revokes the license and deactivates the download link.

3.6 Acceptable use

Your access and your Terminal license are personal, non-transferable, and revocable. You may not share your access or your download, or resell, sublicense or redistribute the scripts or the Terminal. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the scripts. The Terminal's source files, where provided on your receipt page, are licensed for your personal use only and may not be republished. We may revoke access and the license for a breach of these terms.

3.7 Intellectual property

All scripts, software, content, and branding are owned by FlashBar and protected by applicable law.

3.8 No warranty

The scripts and the Terminal are provided "as is". If a script or the Terminal does not work as described, email us and we will work to fix it.

3.9 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashBar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any trading losses, arising from your use of the tools or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

3.10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Contact: support@flashbar.org.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 What we collect

• Order data: your email address, your name, and your TradingView username (required to deliver invite-only access).
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.
• License checks: FlashBar Terminal sends your purchase id, the product name, and the program version when it checks its license.
• Usage and advertising: standard server log data and Google's advertising cookies (Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, via gtag.js) used to measure and improve our ads.
• Third-party content: every page loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the Live chart page embeds TradingView's chart widget; those providers receive your IP address and may set cookies under their own privacy policies.

4.2 How we use it

To deliver your TradingView access and your Terminal license, process payments and refunds, provide support, communicate with you about your purchase, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4.3 Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, email, hosting, analytics), with TradingView to the extent that adding your username to a script's access list requires it, and as required by law.

4.4 Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact support@flashbar.org.

4.5 Cookies

We use essential cookies and Google's advertising cookies (for ad conversion tracking and remarketing). You can control or block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee)

5.1 The guarantee

Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If FlashBar isn't for you, email support@flashbar.org within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked. This guarantee covers your purchase only. It is not a promise of trading profit or any other result.

5.2 What a refund does

When we issue a refund, we remove your TradingView username from the access lists of the invite-only scripts in your plan, and we revoke your FlashBar Terminal license and deactivate your download link. A chargeback has the same effect.

5.3 After 7 days

After the 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 3.4 (access not added within 7 days) or where the law requires otherwise. If a script or the Terminal does not work as described, email us and we will work to fix it.

5.4 How to request

Email support@flashbar.org from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order details. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

TradingView® is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. FlashBar is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by TradingView. References to TradingView are for descriptive purposes only. FlashBar scripts are published as invite-only Pine Script publications that run on the TradingView platform, which you access under your own TradingView account and TradingView's terms.
