Questions, answered straight
Which platform do I need? Do these work on MetaTrader / ThinkorSwim / NinjaTrader?
No. FlashBar indicators are written in Pine Script and run exclusively on TradingView. They are not compatible with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), ThinkorSwim, NinjaTrader, or any other platform. All you need is a TradingView account — a free one works to get started (see the note about the 2-indicators-per-chart limit on the free plan).
How fast do I get access after I pay?
Access is granted manually to your TradingView username, so it is not always instant. We aim to grant access quickly — usually within minutes, and always within 24 hours. Double-check that the username you submitted is correct (it's case- and spelling-sensitive), because that's where access is delivered. Once granted, the indicators appear under Indicators → Invite-only scripts on your charts.
Can I use FlashBar on a free TradingView account?
Yes. A free (Basic) TradingView account can access and run FlashBar indicators. The one limitation is TradingView's own free-plan cap of 2 indicators displayed per chart at a time (invite-only scripts count toward this). To show more FlashBar tools at once on a single chart, you'd upgrade your own TradingView plan — that's a TradingView subscription, separate from your FlashBar subscription.
Do these indicators repaint?
Signals are confirmed on bar close and do not repaint after the candle closes. Live, intra-bar readings can update until the bar closes — as with any indicator. The Leverage Calculator is a position-sizing utility, not a signal, so repainting doesn't apply to it.
What markets and timeframes do these work on?
Because they run on TradingView, the indicators apply to any symbol TradingView charts — stocks, forex, crypto, futures, indices — on any timeframe from seconds up to monthly. One honest caveat: tools that rely on volume (like Volume Pro) are only as good as the volume data the exchange or symbol provides, and some feeds (parts of forex and certain indices) have limited or synthetic volume.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my indicators?
You can cancel your FlashBar subscription at any time. When your subscription ends, access to the invite-only indicators is removed from your TradingView account at or after the end of your paid period — you keep access for the time you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — FlashBar comes with a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If it's not for you, email us within the guarantee window for a full refund (we simply revoke your invite-only access).
